The 2021 Fulbright Specialist Program is Open for Submission of Project Requests.
The Fulbright Specialist Program in Kosovo is open for Kosovo host institutions to submit project ideas for qualified U.S. scholars and professionals. The Fulbright Specialist Program is a part of
the Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program. The program awards grants for projects that will last between two and six weeks. Applications must be submitted via the World Learning portal by April 15,
2021. Projects cannot begin prior to September 1, 2021 and must be completed by the end of September 30, 2022.
