International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) of the German Parliament
The International Parliamentary Scholarship is a programme of German Bundestag aimed at promoting relations between Germany and the participating countries through shared democratic values and tolerance. The core of the IPS programme is a 3 month long internship with one of the Members of the Bundestag, where the participants can work and learn at the heart of German democracy. Additionally the participants of the IPS are enrolled at the Humboldt-University in Berlin and can attend courses there.
The applicants have to be Kosovar citizens, be interested in politics, have a very good knowledge of the German language (as the programme takes place in German) and be younger than 30 years. Additional information about the IPS programme and how to apply is available here:
