Students of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB), who are engaged in internships at Raiffeisen Bank, are distinguished by their professional training. This was stated by the leaders of this bank, who presented the results of research on the performance of these students.

Naim Haxha, regional manager of Raiffeisen Bank, said the performance of 9 UMIB students who have completed internships has been evaluated. According to him, these students are distinguished from others by professional training, while there is a need to work more in terms of socialization.

Haxha emphasized that the assessment is made in three different aspects. “The written application test is evaluated, then the internship and interns are employed. The results are beyond expectations and this shows their good preparation, ”he said.

This presentation was welcomed by the management of UMIB and the Faculty of Economics. Vice-rector for Finance, Ajtene Avdullahi, said that this assessment is an extremely good way to identify the real state of preparation of students for the labor market and adjust the syllabus.

Whereas, the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Qazim Tmava, thanked the leaders of Raiffeisen Bank for their cooperation and the opportunities they offer to UMIB students.
