The rector of the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica, prof.dr. Alush Musaj, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Scientific Research, prof.dr. Behxhet Shala and the Dean of the Faculty of Education, prof.dr. Besim Gollopeni, are participating in the workshop “Advancing the culture of research in HEIs of Kosovo”, which began on Monday at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia. Part of this several-day workshop are all public universities in Kosovo, Sapienza University from Italy, etc.

During the workshop, various aspects related to scientific research will be discussed. According to the agenda, it is planned to discuss the development of research ethics and integrity standards, the role of university scientific institutes in financially supporting research work, scientific journals and supporting indexed publications in Scopus and WoS.

Also during these days, the draft regulation of ethics and integrity in research will be presented and the practices of the participating universities will be shared.
