The “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM) will cooperate with the European University of Tirana (UET), in certain areas where both sides exercise their main activities. In order to determine the fields and ways of cooperation between these two institutions of higher education, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed on Tuesday by the rector of UIBM, prof.dr. Alush Musaj and the rector of UET, prof.dr. Tony Gjuraj.

According to the Memorandum of Cooperation, the main points where the cooperation will be focused will be: Qualification of specializations, consultancy, professional practice and support for employment, study projects as well as partnerships in various projects. As for the rights and obligations, the institutions undertake to, in accordance with the institutional interests, their opportunities and the respective capacities, make available to each other all the human and material resources for the achievement of the goals provided for in the Memorandum of Cooperation.

Responsible persons have also been appointed for the implementation of this Memorandum between UIBM and UET. UIBM has appointed, prof.asoc.dr. Islam Qerimi, dean of the Faculty of Law, while from UET, prof. assoc. dr. Juelda Lamçe, dean of the Faculty of Legal Sciences, Politics and International Relations.
