QASURE – Academic staff training starts
As part of the Erasmus+ project ‘Improving University Quality Assurance Resilient Strategies Toward Excellence (QA-SURE),’ project partners have convened in Tirana, Albania. The training for academic staff is being held at Universiteti Polis. These activities are designed to foster a productive dialogue between quality management structures and academic staff, with the goal of completing the quality assurance cycle and building the necessary capacities and foundations for robust quality assurance systems.
Representing UIBM, the coordinator of the QA-SURE project, Prof. Merita Shala, along with the Vice Rector for Academic and Quality Development, Prof. Sabri Avdullahi, and the academic staff at the same time the Vice Dean for Teaching and Quality Development at the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri participated in this training.
The QA-SURE project is focused on integrating modern European quality assurance practices, instruments, and methodologies to help align the quality assurance standards of the project partners with those outlined in the ESGs 2015 and other European best practices.
