In the framework of the global week of entrepreneurship, the students of the Faculty of Economics of the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica realized a study visit to the Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK)
The students of the Faculty of Economics of the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica, within the framework of the global entrepreneurship week, realized a study visit to the Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK), one of the most supportive institutions of SMEs in our country. This visit was an incredible opportunity for the students to be informed closely of the incredible work that the Innovation Center is doing for young entrepreneurs. Innovation Centre Kosovo (ICK) is the leading integrator of youth, startups, and innovative businesses, aiding the economic growth, youth employability, visibility and prosperity of Kosova.
During the visit, the students were accompanied by the Vice Dean for Teaching and Quality Development in FE Prof.Ass.Dr.EDBA. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri and Vice Dean for Scientific Research and International Cooperation Prof.asoc.dr. Esat Durguti.
Upon arrival, faculty staff and students were warmly welcomed by Mr. Shpend Lila, Training, Events & PR Manager at ICK, as well as staff members of this center.
During the visit, the students were informed by Mr. Lila with the exceptional work of ICK and its role in supporting new businesses and young entrepreneurs. The professionalism and extraordinary simplicity of Mr. Shpend Lila made the discussion between the participants of this visit even more fruitful. The students then continued with the visit of the spaces of the center which were intended for the purpose of serving young entrepreneurs. The participants were really impressed by the company’s outstanding and highly innovative work. At the end of the meeting, representatives from both institutions expressed their desire to strengthen their cooperation in the future. They discussed the possibility of creating a cooperation agreement for the exchange of knowledge and experiences for mutual benefit.
The Dean of the Faculty of Economics Prof.asoc.dr. Qazim Tmava, expresses its sincere gratitude to the management of ICK for their warm hospitality and their willingness to cooperate for the benefit of future generations.
