The course  ‘University Quality Assurance Strategies’ , was developed under the Erasmus+ project QA-SURE, and  is available in E-learning platform: University Quality Assurance Strategies — Elearningproject.eu.

The course is composed of 5 lessons, and the lesson Practical Experience: Insights and Discussions. The course study material provides a comprehensive overview of quality management (QM) and quality assurance (QA) in higher education (HE). The course offers flexibility for self-learning, allowing participants to engage with the content at their own pace. Lessons cover essential topics such as institutional quality assurance frameworks, evaluation of teaching and learning, research quality standards, and strategies for effective community engagement. Through these lessons, participants can gain valuable insights and practical tools to enhance quality practices within their institutions.

All readings have also been translated into Albanian. You can find and download the Albanian translations within each lesson, below the English version of the readings.

By successfully completing the course, including passing all quizzes, participants will earn a Canvas Open Badge. Additionally, upon completion, the system will automatically issue a certificate of participation.
