During their visit, they will participate in trainings organized by specialists in specific fields, which are related to teaching and its process, the use of anti-plagiarism platforms, as well as the internationalization of the University in bachelor and master programs.
Also, the general secretary of "Isa Boletini" University, Avdyl Beqiri, participates in this mobility, who, in addition to training, will hold various meetings with the responsible persons of the central administration of the University of Eastern Finland, as well as with the Ombudsperson of UEF. In the framework of this mobility, the opportunities for possible collaborations between the two universities will also be seen, such as joint research projects, academic initiatives and continuation of student and staff exchange programs.
These exchange programs aim to promote internationalization and diversity, enhance students' learning experiences and enable scholars to broaden their horizons and develop professionally. Such visits will strengthen UIBM's relationship with the University of Eastern Finland, but will also provide opportunities for students and staff to collaborate at the international level.
