Bleona Musliu, wins second place in a competition for law students at the national level
Bleona Musliu, a fourth year student at the Faculty of Law at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB), won second place with her research on “Advantages and disadvantages of free legal aid in Kosovo”, in an open competition for students of all law faculties in Kosovo. In this research organized by UNDP in cooperation with the Institute for Legal Research and Studies and the Agency for Free Legal Aid, 40 students participated.
The research, which should not have been longer than 2 thousand words, was reviewed by a commission of experts engaged by UNDP. The winner of the first place was awarded with 400 euros, the second place with 300 and the third place with 200 euros.
The UMIB student, who took second place, expressed her satisfaction that she was part of this competition. “We have proven ourselves with the knowledge we have gained throughout our studies, which is reflecting so positively, being evaluated more and more,” she said.
The students of the Faculty of Law at UMIB have been very successful in other competitions that have been organized in the field of law, taking the first places several times
