Eduroam initially started in Europe and rapidly expanded to offer its services to the entire research and education community. It is now available in more than 100 territories worldwide. This service is accessible to all UIBM staff and students, enabling secure and fast internet access.

The UIBM campus is equipped with modern infrastructure and technology. The activation of the Eduroam network makes this campus even more attractive for hosting meetings, conferences, visits, and mobility programs. Through its connection to Eduroam, UIBM provides its researchers, staff, and students access to thousands of participating locations worldwide, wherever they travel, including Europe and other countries worldwide. UIBM’s affiliation with the Eduroam network promotes its internationalization efforts and increases the number of mobility opportunities for academic and administrative staff, as well as for students.
