On March 16-17, the QATEK project organized the third session of the capacity building program in the research module in the preparation of academic staff on the topic “Statistical tests and statistical associations using SPSS”.

The main objective of the workshop was to involve participants in practical engagement with data analysis through SPSS. The seminar covered topics on how to calculate descriptive statistics (and what they mean) as well as basic statistical tests such as T-test, ANOVA, nonparametric test, correlation and chi-square. Furthermore, participants learned how to choose an appropriate statistical test and receive instructions on how to interpret and write the results. This workshop was attended by academic staff from the Faculty of Education.

The workshop was led by professors from the University of Ljubljana, Prof. Dr. Janez Vogrinc and Ass. Miha Matjašič.
