The Industrial Board within the framework of the Faculty of Economics, together with representatives of businesses from the region of Mitrovica, held the meeting with Mr. John McArdle, associate professor at Salem State University (SSU) in Massachusetts, USA, who is engaged in the “Fulbright Specialist Program” project. The meeting was led by Ms. Vesa Broja, chairperson of the Industrial Board within the unit, who thanked professor McArdle for supporting the academic unit as a consulting expert for the review of current programs as well as the design of new study programs.

During the meeting, the proposal of new programs, especially for the master’s level, but also about the possibilities of improving the cooperation of the academic unit with businesses, were discussed. There was also conversation about the functioning models of this cooperation in developed economies, especially in the USA, and developing partnerships in this direction.
