In a ceremony organized at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB), gratitude was shared for the participants of the professional training provided by the Regional Development Agency-North (ARDA) and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS). In addition to the Rector, Prof. Dr. Alush Musaj, the ceremony was attended by the Minister, Vlora Dumoshi, then the Mayor, Agim Bahtiri, the Chairman of the MA, Safet Kamberi and the Executive Director of the ARDA, Rreze Duli.

The participants were initially greeted by the Rector, Musaj, who expressed satisfaction that this training was held at UMIB. He thanked the RDA and MCYS for the implementation of this project, which has enabled many young people training in the labor market.

According to him, cooperation with non-governmental organizations and business opens new opportunities for the university, which is a goal in itself. “This project highlights the importance of opening the university, making it a center of science, knowledge and economic development,” he said, expressing readiness to deepen cooperation with all actors outside the university, for the benefit of general development.

Minister Dumoshi praised the support from UMIB for the implementation of this project. She has promised the continuation of such projects not only in Mitrovica, but also in other cities.

The mayor, Agim Bahtiri, also expressed his satisfaction with the project, while the director of the RDA, Rreze Duli, announced that he was interested in becoming part of this vocational training project that was organized in Mitrovica, Skenderaj and Vushtrri. , has been very large. “There are about 400 participants in the three municipalities, who have attended trainings in the field of graphic design, web design, etc.,” she said.
