Professor Dr. hab. Marta Witkowska is organizing a workshop for the academic staff of the Faculty of Law on the topic: “Free Publication of Scientific Articles in Journals Indexed in the Scopus and Web of Science Databases.”
Thanks to the implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Faculty of Law at UIBM and the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations at the University of Warsaw, signed by the deans Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi and Prof. Dr. hab. Daniel Przastek, the Faculty of Law is honored to host Prof. Dr. hab. Marta Witkowska as a Visiting Professor for the academic year 2024-2025. The professor from the University of Warsaw is contributing and participating in a series of activities being organized at this Faculty.
This time, she has decided to organize a workshop for the academic staff of the Faculty of Law, with a special focus on the challenges that arise during the publication of scientific articles. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an opportunity to benefit from Professor Witkowska’s experience in publishing scientific articles in high-impact factor journals. This activity is even more important considering that the publishing market is extremely rich and navigating it can be challenging, making it difficult to find the right, open-access journal.
The event will take place on February 10, 2025, at 11:00 AM, in the Council Hall of the Faculty of Law.
