Professor of the Faculty of Law, Prof.ass.dr. Zahir Çerkini, after winning the Fulbright Visiting Scholar scholarship of the US Department of State, followed for one semester post-doctoral research in the field of constitutional law, at the Faculty of Law and the Center for Constitutional Law of Drake University in Iowa, USA .

Professor Zahir Çerkini, after completing the Fulbright Visiting Scholar program, was received in a meeting by dean Qerimi. First, Professor Çerkini thanked dean Qerimi and vice dean Gruda for replacing his lectures during this period while he was following this research. He then announced the progress of this research, its success and his dignified commitment to interpersonal and inter-institutional cooperation.

Dean Qerimi congratulated Professor Çerkini for this professional achievement, which came from the Faculty of Law and the Center for Constitutional Law of Drake University in Iowa, USA, which will contribute to the further advancement of the quality and performance of the academic staff of Faculty of Law, University and generally higher education in Kosovo.
