Dean of the Faculty of Food Technology, Milaim Sadiku, hosted the Dutch students who are engaged in the “Ecodairy” project. Their engagement is realized through the program “ERASMUS +”. Four students from FTU are also engaged in this project. During their stay at “Isa Boletini” University, students also visited the FTU laboratories.

Otherwise, the “Ecodairy” project aims to improve the environmental performance of Kosovar milk processors. The project is co-financed by the Austrian Development Agency (Austria) and “Yuniko”.

The “Ecodairy” project is a collaboration between the Association of Kosovo Cheeses, the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini”, the University of Applied Sciences “Van Hall Dairy University Larenstein” from Holland and “Yuniko”.
