The Junior Program – Sixth Generation, for students of the Faculty of Law, was presented, which will take place at the HR Academy from BPB in Pristina
The bachelor’s program of the Faculty of Law also includes certain subjects from the economic and financial fields. Therefore, for the students of this Faculty who imagine their professional future to be employed in these activities, an informative lecture on the Bank’s Junior Program for Business was organized by its representatives Mr. Jeton Imeri, Mrs. Argenta Islami and Mrs. Diellza Haradinaj. The students were informed in more detail about the program in question, which offers opportunities to engage young people in training and professional preparation by the bank’s staff specialized in various fields of industry, for a period of 3-4 months. Further, the representatives of this Bank clarified that this Program will be developed at the HR Academy from BPB in Pristina, in an innovative environment which will support the development of students with the latest research, theories and practices.
It was also explained to them that throughout their time in the program, they will go through a series of training modules, which focus on soft and professional skills that will help them develop as BPB employees and create a large network of colleagues, and then employment opportunities in the aforementioned bank. The representatives of the Bank in question, at the end of this presentation, express their gratitude for the initiative of mutual inter-institutional cooperation, as well as agreed with u.d. the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Professor Qerimi, so that the graduated students of this Faculty are actively encouraged to apply to become a permanent part of the Bank for Business.
