Prof. ass. dr. Jeton Halili has been elected chairman, while prof. dr. Lirak Karjagdiu, new vice-chairman of the Governing Council of the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM). This decision was made on Thursday at the meeting of the CoD, where the mandates of 3 new members were previously verified (prof. dr. sc. Atifete Zuna, prof. ass. dr. Jeton Halili and prof. dr. Lirak Karjagdiu), appointed for the remaining term by the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESTI).

The rector of UIBM, prof.assoc.dr. Merita Shala, as well as the internal members of the CoD, congratulated the chairman, vice-chairman and new member of the CoD for their election. The regular mandate of the KD – ends in 2024.
