The symposium is held: “Development of young teachers: Challenges and the future”
On October 25, in the premises of the Faculty of Education of the University of Pristina, the symposium was held: Development of new teachers: Challenges and the future.
In this symposium, the Vice-Rector for teaching, student affairs and quality development, prof. asoc.dr., participated. Merita Shala, dean of the Faculty of Education prof.asoc.dr. Besim Gollopeni and the vice-deanship of the Faculty of Education prof.ass.dr. Samire Bllaca Balaj.
This symposium was organized within the Erasmus Plus project “Towards a system oriented towards
quality of training of new teachers in Kosovo” (QATEK), under the leadership of the Faculty of Education in Pristina. The purpose of the symposium was to develop the possibility of debate
between the main parties such as the Faculties of Education, the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation and other collaborators, in order to deal with the current challenges of the system of training new teachers and to identify the modalities of addressing them in relation to the current reality of the school system. The debate was oriented from the perspective of educational policies and practical mechanisms for changing reality.
