The digitalization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is the latest project undertaken by the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica (UIBM), supported by HERAS+. During the kick-off meeting, Mr. Nehat Dervishi, the representative of HERAS+, introduced UIBM’s representatives to the experts involved in this project. Subsequently, the working group discussed the project’s purpose, goals, and objectives, as well as the project’s phases, duration, communication plan, and stakeholder engagement.

UIBM considers the digitalization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) a crucial step towards improving functionality and transparency, increasing efficiency and efficacy, enhancing services for students and staff, and reducing budget expenses. Furthermore, ERP adoption also has positive environmental effects, as it adheres to the principle of “paperless operations.” It’s worth noting that UIBM is the first public university in Kosovo to initiate the digitalization of its resource planning through this project.
