UNISOF has trained quality officers at the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB) on the SEVC module – quality measurement platform within SMU. SEVC enables the development of online questionnaires for internal quality assurance, and some other aspects, such as data generation, management, and the like.

The coordinator for quality assurance, Zahir Çerkini, said the training was fruitful and was highly valued by the participants. According to him, academic staff and students will be directly involved in the process of measuring and quality assurance through the use of this platform.
