The professor of the Faculty of Economics, Filloreta Demiri, on 27.04.2021, has successfully defended her doctoral thesis, entitled: “The Role of the Banking System in the Development of SMEs – Comparative analysis between Kosovo and Macedonia”, in the mentorship of Prof. Dr. Nadine Tournois, Professor at Cote University

Professor Demiri continued her doctoral studies in the Joint Regional program
Doctoral Program in Entrepreneurship and SMEs Management DOCSMEs, Tempus program project. The title obtained from the University “Saint Kliment Ohridski”, Bitola, is: Doctor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium Businesses.

The professor of the Faculty of Food Technology, Bahtir Hyseni, on 20.5.2021, has successfully defended his doctoral thesis, entitled: “Production of Enzymes for Food Industry via Solid-State Fermentation and Optimization of Process Conditions”, under the mentorship of Assist Prof. . Dr. Emrah Nikerel.
Professor Hyseni has completed his doctoral studies at Yeditepe University in the Biotechnology Program.
