Two teachers of the Faculty of Food Technology completed the mobility at the Nürtingen – Geislingen University within the Erasmus+ DualAFS project

Prof. Ass. Dr. Faruk Hajrizi and Dr. Sc. Arbër Hyseni from Faculty of Food Technology, UIBM completed a two-week mobility at Nuertingen-Geislingen University (NGU), Germany.

During the two-week stay, they attended training on sample preparation and analysis using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) in the analytical chemistry laboratory. They also made many study visits: to the experimental garden, research centers, state agencies, museums, dairy farms, etc.

The mobility was assessed as very valuable for capacity building in relation to the updated curriculum as part of the Erasmus+ DualAFS project which included professional practice for FTU students.
