On November 11 and 12, 2022, the International Interdisciplinary Conference “The role of technology in shaping society” will take place in Gjilan.

This conference is organized by the Public University “Kadri Zeka” in Gjilan, in cooperation with the University of Vlora, University of Zagreb, University of Mitrovica, University of Montenegro, University of Prizren, University of Durrës, University of Mother Teresa; AAB College, Albanian Sociological Association (ALBSA), Balkan Sociological Forum; Institute for Science and Technology (INSI); Institute of Sociology, Demographic Research and Innovation (ISDI)

This conference continues the series of the 17th “AIS-ALBSA” conference and the 2nd annual Conference of “Scholar Leadership (CSL-AADF)”.

Until September 20, 2022, 162 Papers have been submitted for presentation;

A total of 264 authors, co-authors and other scientific and professional contributors;

From 22 different countries of the region and the world, participants of the conference;

The conference organizes the proceedings in the Plenary Session, in special sessions and joint sessions.

Also, within the framework of the conference, the Award for Excellence in Research and Practice will be given.

The students and academic staff of UKZ will have the opportunity to get to know interesting results from well-known researchers from the fields of humanities, social sciences, education and technology.
