Professor at the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica (UIBM), ass. Berat Ujkani is participating in the workshop “Digital Transformation, Data and Artificial Intelligence in the Western Balkans”, which is being held in Skopje. The workshop, organized by the European Commission Joint Research Center, is attended by more than 50 participants from the public sector, academia, industry and civil society from 11 different countries.

As part of the workshop held from 9 to 11 December 2021, 8 sessions are planned to be held, where special emphasis will be given to digital data, artificial intelligence and innovative services and applications based on data and AI. The workshop aims to update participants on EU digital transformation policy, data and artificial intelligence, and to stimulate discussion on key factors that may help or hinder digital transformation in the Western Balkan countries.
