
UIBM participated in the LEADALKO Project Meeting in Piran, Slovenia
On March 27-28, the Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosova (LEADALKO) project meeting was held at EMUNI University in Piran, Slovenia.
The event brought together representatives from “Isa Boletini” University, Western Balkans University, Beder University, Epoka University, the International School for Social and Business Studies, Medea University and Business College Prishtina.
Representing University “Isa Boletini”, Prof. Merita Shala-coordinator of LeadAlko for UIBM, Prof. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri- Vice Dean at the Faculty of Economics, and Prof. Samire Bllaca Balaj-Dean of the Faculty of Education, actively participated in the meeting.
During the event, project meetings and research seminars were conducted, focusing on the further development of programs that will form the foundation of the LEADALKO project. Co-funded by the European Union, this initiative aims to enhance leadership development in higher education institutions across Albania and Kosova by designing and piloting a joint leadership and development program.
The consortium partners of LEADALKO remain committed to fostering academic excellence and international collaboration, contributing to the advancement of leadership in higher education across the region.
