Four people from the University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB), are participating in the workshop “University Guidelines for research support services and strategic research plans”, which is being held online within the project Improving the research culture in higher education in Kosovo ”. This workshop is organized by Sapienza University in Rome and IBCM, with the support of the University of Zagreb and the University of National and World Economics from Bulgaria.

The Dean of the Faculty of Education, Besim Gollopeni, who is participating in this workshop together with the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, Bexhet Shala, Professor, Faton Merovci and Burim Hasani from the administration, said that the purpose of this activity is to support Kosovo universities to develop regulations for the establishment and operation of university research offices. “In this context, the engagement also focuses on defining strategic plans for the operation of these offices,” he said.

The workshop takes place on October 6-7 and includes all public universities in Kosovo.
