Members of the Board of Directors, management, deans, teachers and administration officials have participated in the “Workshop for leadership and team development at the University” Isa Boletini “in Mitrovica (UIBM). The workshop was led by Ahmet Shala, an expert hired by HERAS who has supported the organization of this activity for two days in a row.

Rector, prof.dr. Alush Musaj, thanked the leaders of HERAS for the support they are providing for the development of UIBM. “The support that HERAS is offering to our university is ongoing and practical, making it tangible for UIBM in all aspects,” he said.

Whereas, Aqim Emurli from HERAS said that the support for the development of higher education in Kosovo will continue. In this context, he specified the cooperation with UIBM, appreciating the commitment and correctness of the leaders of this academic institution.

The expert engaged for this workshop, Ahmet Shala, was very pleased with the lindership at UIBM. He showed a willingness to be close to this university whenever it is estimated that he can help with his experience.
