Students<\/strong> is a project under the SHER Social Dimension Small Grants Program. It seeks to empower female students in Mitrovica by addressing gender inequality, strengthening mental health resilience, and equipping them with entrepreneurial skills. The project adopts a holistic approach by combining business development training with mental health awareness, ensuring that young women are supported both professionally and personally in their entrepreneurial journeys.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong><u>Objectives<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Promote gender equality<\/strong> in entrepreneurship by empowering female students to pursue and succeed in business ventures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Strengthen mental health resilience<\/strong> through resources, strategies, and awareness to help female students manage stress, anxiety, and challenges related to entrepreneurship.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Equip students with entrepreneurial skills and knowledge<\/strong> to design and sustain successful business initiatives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong>Raise awareness<\/strong> about the intersection of gender inequality and mental health, and how these impact women\u2019s entrepreneurial aspirations.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong><u>Expected Outcomes<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Increased number of female students launching and scaling their business ideas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Improved mental health and well-being among female students through workshops, webinars, and peer support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Reduced stigma around mental health in entrepreneurship, encouraging students to seek help when needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Stronger promotion of gender equality in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, inspiring more women to take part in business leadership.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\">Creation of a supportive and inclusive environment for female entrepreneurs in Kosovo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong><u>Project Team<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12px;\"><strong><u>Prof.ass.dr.EDBA.
