In the framework of the cooperation with the organization Alternative Dispute Resolution Center – Mediation Center Mitrovica (ADRC – MCM), three students of the Faculty of Law at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM): Rigon Qarkaj, Shk\u00ebndije Bejta and Jeton Rrahmani have passed the evaluation process to engage in paid practical work. The practical work for a 6-month period will be carried out at the Basic Court in Mitrovica, at the Legal Office of the Center for Social Work and the Agency for Free Legal Aid.<\/p>\n

The evaluation process for the candidates was done by the evaluation commission made up of representatives of the Mitrovica Basic Court, the Free Legal Aid Agency, the Municipality of South Mitrovica – Center for Social Work, UIBM and ADRC – Mediation Center in Mitrovica. After the interview held on 07\/05\/2022, a total of 5 applicants were selected, 3 of them UIBM students, who will engage in practical work starting from 07\/15\/2022.<\/p>\n

Different days ago, the leaders of “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM) and those of the organization Alternative Dispute Resolution Center – Mediation Center Mitrovica (ADRC – MCM), have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation within the project “Towards facilitating access to justice in the north of Kosovo”. The memorandum aims to promote the joint efforts of the two parties in the advancement of issues of mutual interest.<\/p>\n

The parties will coordinate activities in the direction of promoting and affirming the internship program for young lawyers foreseen within the project “Towards facilitating access to justice in the north of Kosovo” supported by the National Endowment for Democracy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
