Merita Shala, dean of the Faculty of Education prof.asoc.dr. Besim Gollopeni and the vice-deanship of the Faculty of Education prof.ass.dr. Samire Bllaca Balaj.<br \/>\nThis symposium was organized within the Erasmus Plus project &#8220;Towards a system oriented towards<br \/>\nquality of training of new teachers in Kosovo&#8221; (QATEK), under the leadership of the Faculty of Education in Pristina. The purpose of the symposium was to develop the possibility of debate<br \/>\nbetween the main parties such as the Faculties of Education, the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, the Kosovo Agency for Accreditation and other collaborators, in order to deal with the current challenges of the system of training new teachers and to identify the modalities of addressing them in relation to the current reality of the school system.
