The German lecturer from the legal field Lars Dippel, who until this year practiced the profession of lawyer in Germany, will hold an online lecture for the students of the Faculty of Law of UIBM, on the topic: “Integration or assimilation by law?” Thoughts of an observer!<\/p>\n
Lawyer Dippel for the students of the Faculty of Law of the “Isa Boletini” Mitrovica University has chosen this topic due to the fact that the emigration of peoples and integration in Europe and especially in Germany is a current preoccupation. It is all the more in the interest of the Kosovars, since Kosovo has the highest rate of emigration among the countries of Eastern Europe as a percentage of the population. Their integration is in the interest of Europe, and this requires a vision. Dippel is the most adequate person who has a clear vision regarding this phenomenon, since he has studied and analyzed the issue of migration and integration for a long time, therefore in this lecture he will present his thoughts from the observer’s point of view.<\/p>\n
During the period 2005 – January 2022 in his own legal studio, he practiced the profession of lawyer in three following specializations of law: in criminal law, in traffic law and in migration law. Now he is a lecturer in migration law, administrative law and criminal law and law in general. This activity is carried out in the German Institution: “Gemeinn\u00fctzige Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Besch\u00e4ftigungsf\u00f6rderung – Dusiburg (GfB)”, which is a Non-Profit Society for the Promotion of Employment. Dippel is also the author of the book on the migration rights of professional administration personnel: Textbook project: “Migrationsrecht f\u00fcr Verwaltungsfachangestellte.
