In the framework of practical learning from the subjects “Milk processing technology”, “Fermentation technology” and “Plant-derived materials”, a group of students from the Faculty of Food Technology visited “Kabi” Dairy and “Fluidi Grup” in Gjilan. On this occasion, the students were introduced to the equipment and processes in the dairy industry and closely followed the technological process for the production of yogurt.<\/p>\n
