Dr. Faruk Hajrizi and Dr. Sc. Arb\u00ebr Hyseni from Faculty of Food Technology, UIBM completed a two-week mobility at Nuertingen-Geislingen University (NGU), Germany.<\/p>\n<p>During the two-week stay, they attended training on sample preparation and analysis using Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) in the analytical chemistry laboratory. They also made many study visits: to the experimental garden, research centers, state agencies, museums, dairy farms, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The mobility was assessed as very valuable for capacity building in relation to the updated curriculum as part of the Erasmus+ DualAFS project which included professional practice for FTU students.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prof. Ass.
