Islam Qerimi on dt. 22.11.2023, organized the constitutive meeting of the Advisory Body of this Faculty. He, in support of Article 68, par. 1. Point 1.3. of the Statute of the University &#8220;Isa Boletini&#8221; in Mitrovica, and article 2 par. 4, as well as Article 3. Par. 3 of the Regulation on the establishment and mode of operation of the Advisory Body of the Academic Units of &#8220;Isa Boletini&#8221; University in Mitrovica, organized the constitutive meeting of the Advisory Body for the Faculty of Law.<\/p>\n<p>The participating members of this meeting voted that Mr. Shp\u00ebtim Peci, who works as a Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the Republic of Kosovo. After the constitution of the Advisory Body and the election of the chairman Peci, the Council proposed that the same Body be added with the newly elected vice-dean of the Faculty of Law, for quality and international relations, prof.ass.dr. Arbnor Ajeti. About his choice, the dean decided to inform the council of the academic unit.<\/p>\n<p>This constitution was preceded by two decisions of the Council of the Faculty of Law, which had as their object of approval the proposals of the dean for the composition of this Advisory Body. Therefore, in support of Article 72 of the Statute of &#8220;Isa Boletini&#8221; University in Mitrovica, and Article 2, para. 2 and 3 of the Regulation on the establishment and mode of operation of the Advisory Body of the Academic Units of &#8220;Isa Boletini&#8221; University in Mitrovica, the Council of the Faculty of Law had made a decision in the meeting held on 04.09.2023, no. Prot. 145, and with the decision on amendment\/supplement, in the meeting held on 19.09.2023 with no. Prot. 151, for the formation of the Advisory Body at the Faculty of Law, with the following composition:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013\u00a0\u00a0Shp\u00ebtim Peci \u2013 Prosecutor (Special Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the Republic of Kosovo) &#8211;\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">Chairman of the Advisory Board;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span>Vesel Ismajli \u2013 Judge (Special Department) at the Basic Court in Pristina \u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Ganimete Xhelili, President of the Chamber of Mediators of Kosovo \u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fatmir Behrami &#8211; Prosecutor (Department for Juveniles) in the Basic Prosecutor&#8217;s Office in Pristina\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN\">&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">Kushtrim Shyti \u2013 Judge (Department for Serious Crimes) at the Basic Court in Pristina\u00a0<\/span>\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Nebih Halili \u2013 Correctional Service of Kosovo \/ Ministry of Justice\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Besim Parduzi \u2013 lawyer (Kosovo Bar Association)\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Islam Qerimi, Dean of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Law Faculty<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 UIBM\u00a0\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prof. Asst. Dr. Pararim Gruda \u2013 Vice-dean for learning and academic affairs of\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">Law Faculty<\/span>\u00a0\u2013 UIBM\u2013\u00a0<span lang=\"EN\">member;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Prof. Asst.
