[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On November 1 and 2, a training session for mentor educators was held at the Faculty of Education of UIBM, focusing on \u201cMentoring Students During Pedagogical Practice.\u201d This event was organized by the Faculty of Education of the University of Prishtina and the Faculty of Education of UIBM, with support from Caritas Switzerland, as part of the TAKE project.<\/p>\n

The training included educators from public preschool institutions in the municipalities of Mitrovica, Vushtrri, and Skenderaj, emphasizing the importance of mentoring for the quality preparation of teachers and educators before service. The activities were interactive and provided opportunities for experience sharing, contributing to the professional development of the educators.<\/p>\n

The aim of this training was to strengthen the capacity of educators and ensure better preparation for students engaged in pedagogical practice. Together, we are working towards quality preparation of educators!<\/p>\n
