Zahir \u00c7erkini delivered a comprehensive lecture to the visiting American students on the topic:<br \/>\n&#8220;Minority Rights in Kosovo: A Constitutional Perspective &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>The lecture, held at UIBM&#8217;s Faculty of Law, sparked lively discussion and engagement among the students, who are part of an academic visit to Kosovo.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the faculty management, Prof.dr. Islam Qerimi \u2013 Dean, and, Prof.ass.dr.
