This workshop had a strong practical character, offering the opportunity for educators to practice self-care techniques and understand the importance of their effectiveness, as well as the impact of the model they provide for children.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop included a range of important topics, including stress management and recognizing and naming emotions. Participants had the opportunity to practice and implement a series of techniques that help maintain calm and manage stress in the educational environment. Some of the techniques used during the workshop included:<\/p>\n<p>Deep diaphragmatic breathing: Educators learned how to use breathing to calm the body and mind during stressful situations. This simple technique helps improve self-control and helps maintain calm when faced with tense situations.<\/p>\n<p>Using short breaks for relaxation: Activities such as the \u201c5-4-3-2-1\u201d exercise help educators regain calm and reduce anxiety levels.<\/p>\n<p>Imaginary techniques: Educators were guided in imaginative exercises, which help in emotional calming and creating a sense of deep relaxation. These techniques can be used in tense situations to restore emotional balance.<\/p>\n<p>Mindfulness: Mindfulness practices were another important part of the workshop, helping educators maintain focus and calm even in moments of tension. Practicing mindfulness helps maintain mental and emotional well-being, creating a calmer and more productive atmosphere for educators and children.<\/p>\n<p>These techniques not only help educators manage their emotions and stress, but also provide the opportunity to be effective role models for children, promoting their emotional development and teaching in a positive environment.
