{"id":59522,"date":"2025-12-22T07:53:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-22T07:53:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/umib.net\/?p=59522"},"modified":"2025-12-22T07:53:12","modified_gmt":"2025-12-22T07:53:12","slug":"the-university-isa-boletini-in-mitrovica-and-the-university-of-florence-sign-a-scientific-and-academic-cooperation-agreement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/umib.net\/en\/the-university-isa-boletini-in-mitrovica-and-the-university-of-florence-sign-a-scientific-and-academic-cooperation-agreement\/","title":{"rendered":"The University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica and the University of Florence sign a Scientific and Academic Cooperation Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <strong>University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica<\/strong> and the<strong> University of Florence (Italy) <\/strong>have signed an<strong> Agreement on Cultural and Scientific Cooperation<\/strong>, aiming to strengthen academic collaboration and joint research activities between the two institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement was signed by <strong>Prof. Alessandra Petrucci<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> President of the University of Florence, and <strong>Prof. Dr. Nurten Deva<\/strong>, Rector of the University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica, reflecting the mutual interest of both universities in fostering international academic cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>The initial cooperation will focus on the field of <strong>Geosciences<\/strong><strong>,<\/strong> involving the <strong>Department of Earth Sciences (DST)<\/strong> at the University of Florence and the Faculty <strong>of Geosciences<\/strong> at the University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica, with the possibility of expanding collaboration to other fields of mutual interest.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement foresees a wide range of collaborative activities, including the exchange of academic and research staff, student mobility for study and research purposes, the implementation of joint research projects, as well as the organization of seminars, conferences, and other academic initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The implementation and coordination of the activities envisaged under this agreement will be overseen by <strong>Prof. Franco Tassi<\/strong> from the University of Florence and <strong>Prof. Dr. sc.
