While the program curriculum, structure, and training materials are common and harmonized, the pilot training sessions will be delivered separately in Albania and in Kosovo, in order to effectively address national and institutional contexts.<\/p>\n<p>The program aims to strengthen leadership capacities in higher education institutions through a structured and practice-oriented approach.
