The International Relations Office of the University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica (UIBM) invites academic staff to apply for participation in the International Teaching Week organized by Romanian-American University (RAU), Bucharest, Romania.<\/div>\n

This mobility opportunity is intended for academic staff interested in international cooperation, exchange of teaching practices, and strengthening academic partnerships with partner universities from around the world.<\/p>\n

About the Programme<\/p>\n

RAU International Teaching Week brings together academic staff from partner universities for a dynamic exchange of:<\/p>\n

knowledge,
\nteaching practices,
\nand intercultural experiences.<\/p>\n

The programme includes:<\/p>\n

guest lectures,
\ninteractive workshops,
\nnetworking sessions,
\ninstitutional meetings,
\nand opportunities to engage directly with students in an international classroom environment.<\/p>\n

This activity aims to strengthen academic cooperation and support the development of future joint initiatives between partner institutions.<\/p>\n

Main Components of the Programme
\nExchange of Best Practices in Teaching<\/p>\n

Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss their teaching approaches and experiences.<\/p>\n

Each participant is encouraged to prepare:<\/p>\n

a brief teaching case \/ teaching example (5\u20136 minutes),
\nfollowed by a short discussion (4\u20135 minutes).<\/p>\n

This component is intended to promote peer learning and the exchange of innovative teaching practices.<\/p>\n

Erasmus Student Exchange Fair<\/p>\n

Participants will also have the opportunity to represent their home institution and present information about their university to students.<\/p>\n

\nand other promotional materials about UIBM.

Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n

Applicants must:<\/p>\n

be academic staff members of the University \u201cIsa Boletini\u201d in Mitrovica;
\nhave good command of English, as the programme will be conducted in English;
\nhave an academic profile relevant to the nature of the activity;
\nbe willing to actively contribute to the programme and represent UIBM in an international academic environment.
\nRequired Documents<\/p>\n

Interested applicants must submit:<\/p>\n

CV in English
\nMotivation Letter in English
\nProof of English language proficiency (if available)
\nApplication Form (according to the host institution\u2019s requirements)
\nSelection Criteria<\/p>\n

Selection will be based on:<\/p>\n

relevance of the applicant\u2019s academic field to the activity;
\nquality of the motivation letter;
\nlevel of English language proficiency;
\nexpected academic and institutional benefit of participation;
\nfair distribution of mobility opportunities among staff.<\/p>\n

Priority may be given to academic staff who have not previously benefited from similar mobility opportunities.<\/p>\n
