This activity is dedicated to administrative staff and focuses on the development of intercultural competences, the exchange of institutional practices and the strengthening of international cooperation between partner universities.<\/p>\n
The content of the program is closely related to:<\/p>\n
supporting students in international and intercultural environments,
\nthe internationalization of higher education institutions,
\nthe exchange of practices for intercultural communication,
\nand the strengthening of institutional capacities for international cooperation.<\/p>\n
For this reason, the activity is particularly useful for staff who are engaged in:<\/p>\n
supporting students,
\ncoordinating international cooperation,
\nmanaging mobilities,
\ninstitutional communication,
\nand developing internationalization processes at the university.<\/p>\n
The program includes:<\/p>\n
interactive sessions and professional discussions,
\nexchange of practices and institutional experiences,
\nactivities for the development of intercultural competences,
\ncultural activities and international networking.

To apply, the candidate must:<\/p>\n
be a member of the academic or administrative staff at UIBM;
\nhave a mandatory knowledge of the English language, as the activity is conducted in English;
\nhave a role or professional profile related to:
\ninternational cooperation,
\nstudent support,
\ninstitutional communication,
\nacademic development,
\nor internationalization processes.
\nSelection criteria<\/p>\n
The selection will be made based on:<\/p>\n
the compatibility of the position \/ professional profile with the content of the activity;
\nthe relevance of the participation for the academic or administrative unit;
\nthe expected impact of the participation on the processes of internationalization and student support;
\nthe quality of the application and the motivation letter;
\nthe level of the English language;
\nthe institutional benefit from the participation;
\nthe fair distribution of mobility opportunities.<\/p>\n
