Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri from the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica (UIBM), in her capacity as the leader of the respective working group.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the trainers discussed the harmonisation and unification of the module\u2019s content to ensure consistency, quality, and a common approach to the delivery of training activities. Particular attention was given to completing and finalising the required documentation and materials for the module, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Harmonisation Forms, to ensure alignment between the module\u2019s content, objectives, and learning outcomes;<\/li>\n<li>Unification Forms, to establish a consistent structure and unified approach across the training materials;<\/li>\n<li>Tutor\u2019s Notes, providing guidance and support for the effective delivery of training activities;<\/li>\n<li>Unified PowerPoint (PPTX) Presentations, ensuring consistency and quality in the presentation of the learning content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The meeting represented an important step towards completing the training materials for the \u201cManaging People\u201d module, strengthening collaboration among the trainers, and ensuring that the materials are coherent, well-structured, and suitable for the implementation of the planned training activities.<\/p>\n<p>Through this initiative, the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica continues to contribute to the successful implementation of the LEADALKO project and to the development of leadership capacities in higher education across Kosovo and Albania, with particular emphasis on strengthening management skills, developing human resources, and improving institutional leadership practices.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On 15 September 2026, the trainers of the \u201cManaging People\u201d module, developed within the framework of the LEADALKO project \u2013 \u201cLeadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo,\u201d held an online meeting to coordinate and finalise the module\u2019s&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":9,"featured_media":68310,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[300,42],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-68309","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-leadalko_eng","category-news","entry","format-video","has-media"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.3.1 (Yoast SEO v25.3.1) -
