UMIB continues cooperation with the Van Hall Larenstein University
Van Hall Larenstein University in the Netherlands has won a mobility project from Erasmus+, with the University of Mitrovica“Isa Boletini” (UMIB) as its partner, namely the Faculty of Food Technology (FFT) and UBT. This project, which is considered very important for students and FFT staff, starts on September 1, 2020 and lasts until July 31, 2023.
FFT’s Dean, Milaim Sadiku, said that with Van Hall Larenstein University they already have a very successful tradition of cooperation that I will fortunately continue. “We are very happy to continue working with a university that has provided great opportunities for our students and staff,” he said.
Within the project, it is foreseen that in the 3-year period at the University “Van Hall Larenstetin”, to study a total of 32 students from Kosovo with a duration of 5 months, while in Kosovo will come 4 students from the Netherlands, where they will continue their studies for 5 months. Also, within the project, the mobility of the academic staff is foreseen.
The areas of cooperation are planned to be: Environmental Technology, Water Technology, Food and Dairy Technology, Socio-Economic Development, etc.
