As part of the practical work but also the research work done in the laboratories of the Faculty of Food Technology, students Djellza Zejnullahu and Fjolla Latifi assisted by the assistant MSc. Arbër Hyseni obtained Halloumi, Requfort and Parmigiano Reggiano cheeses.
