The Committee for the Evaluation of Academic Contributions (AIS/ALBSA), with Academic Chair Servet Pëllumbi (Tirana), has evaluated and distributed the EXCELLENCE AWARD for Research and Engagement for the Monograph “Population and Migrations in Kosovo – Case Study Suhareka” authored by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Besim Gollopeni, Dean of the Faculty of Education at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica and for outstanding institutional contribution. The award was presented by Prof. Lekë Sokoli and Prof. Dukagjin Pupovci, deputy Minister of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (Kosovo) at the International Interdisciplinary Conference “The role of technology in shaping society” which was organized on November 11 and 12, 2022 at Kadri Zeka Public University in Gjilan.

After accepting the award, Professor Gollopeni expressed gratitude and thanks to all the members of the Commission for the evaluation of his contribution, as well as thanked Professor Leka and Deputy Minister Pupovci for handing over the award.
