In cooperation with the Faculty of Geosciences and the company NetCAD Mining Solutions, a 3-day training (23.11.2022 – 25.11.2022) was held for the applicability of the program in the field of Mining Planning and Design. The training was led by NetCAD’s company expert, Emre Gokyer.

Professor Gzim Ibishi said that the purpose of the training is to enable the academic staff to have contemporary approaches in the field of Planning and Design. It is worth noting that thanks to the cooperation achieved between Isa Boletini University in Mitrovica and “Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University” in Turkey, it has been possible through the academic staff from Turkey for the Faculty of Geosciences to be equipped with a full license on the use and application of the NetCAD program (Academic License Package) within the framework of research projects in Kosovo.

They participated in the training; Prof. Assoc. Dr. Muhamedin Hetemi., Prof. Assoc. Dr. Kemajl Zeqiri, Prof. Asst. Dr. Gzim Ibishi, Ass. MSc. Ujmir Uka PhD Cand., and Ass. MSc. Ariana Sadiku.
