Organized by the management of the Faculty of Economics, FE students of UIBM today had the opportunity to attend a lecture by Elena Ilievska Gjorevska, PhD, EDBA, on the topic “E-commerce and business perspectives in developing countries”.

Prof. Elena is engaged as a professor at the University American College Skopje in North Macedonia. Also, Prof. Elena is also a successful entrepreneur in her country where she runs two very successful businesses such as “Hotel Idila – Nursing Home” and “Instahome”.

FE students had the opportunity to learn and discuss about the real challenges faced by entrepreneurs when establishing and developing a business, and also had the opportunity to discuss the differences in everyday life that entrepreneurs face while doing physical business and electronic business.

The students were quite pleased to have the opportunity to attend such a lecture and learn things related to doing business from an entrepreneur’s point of view.
