Professor of the Faculty of Law Prof. ass. dr. Zahir Çerkini has won the Fulbright Visiting Scholar scholarship of the US Department of State.

Professor Cerkini will conduct post-doctoral research in the field of constitutional law, for one semester, at the Faculty of Law and the Center for Constitutional Law of Drake University in Iowa, USA.
